What to include

To get to an answer faster, tell us:

• What you were trying to do — for example, “generate a specification from a sign-in recording”
• The message you saw — word for word
• The date and time
• The product and test plan names
• Your browser — Chrome, Safari and so on
• If you were using Autest Recorder — what the Autest icon at the top right of Chrome showed

Service status

If something is affecting many people, check the Autest screen for a notice before contacting us.
